Our Benchmark 2 night weekend retreat package is available 48 weekends per year, and includes accommodation, unlimited use of Windsock conference facilities, and 5 great meals. Check in is at 3:00 PM on the date of your arrival. Room check out is 12:00 Noon on the date of your departure. You are welcome to stay on and use the conference facilities until 3:00 PM on that day.
Our Main House accommodates retreat groups ranging from 12 – 16 croppers, quilters, or crafters. The Activities Room provides 8 linear ft of product display space, and 16ea 5ft cropping tables with comfortable accompanying seating. The overhead lighting is designed to optimally enhance the cropper. The room also provides Flat Screen Satellite Television with VHS and DVD. It contains our large motion picture library for your use. A full bath with shower, and a kitchenette complete with refrigerator and microwave oven are also located in the room. Our guestrooms in the Main House accommodate from 3 – 4 guests each, provide satellite television, and have their own private bath.
Our Cottage accommodates retreat groups ranging from 5 – 8 croppers or crafters. It contains an ample and flexible amount of product display space and up to 8ea 6ft cropping tables with comfortable accompanying seating. Each table is equipped with its own separate task lamp. The Cottage also features Satellite Television with VHS and DVD capability, provides access to our motion picture library, and has a kitchen complete with refrigerator ane microwave oven. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths that easily accommodate 7 - 8 croppers or crafters comfortably.
Food offerings at Windsock retreats are plentiful and delicious. No one should ever leave hungry from meal time. We really cook and do not portion out servings. We serve 5 great meals during our two night Friday through Sunday retreats beginning with Friday dinner and ending with Belgian waffles at Sunday breakfast.
Our pricing is VERY competitive with other facilities in our area. What we deliver to you is a cut above the others. Our retreat prices do include all taxes which is a built in savings for you up front. And do remember that as a part of your price WE DO THE COOKING so YOU can enjoy your retreat from start to finish. And do we ever DO some cooking!
Reserving Windsock Main House is a flat pricing based on minimum attendance of 12 paid guests. Lucky guest 13 is always complimentary. (Hint: spreading the complimentary spot among your group significantly lowers the per person price.) Also, additional guests up to a total of 16 can be accommodated at additional per person pricing. Reserving Windsock Cottage is a flat pricing based on minimum attendance of 7 paid guests. Guest 8 is always complimentary. And we may be able to accommodate smaller groups in the Main House during First Monday Trade Day weekends, and also during select Holiday weekends.
