I have been scrapbooking for more than 10 years and have been on retreats at a dozen facilities, and this is my favorite. It's not just how nice Vicki and Paul are, or the food, or the great massages, but it's just a really well set up, efficient, clean place. The lighting is great, there's a lot of table space, the chairs are comfy, and it's nice that the main room is on the other end from the sleeping accomodations. Since it's all one level it's very convenient getting your things in and out. The scenery is nice if you want to walk around, the parking is good, and the rooms are nicely decorated (plus no bunk beds). I really can't think of anything else I would want (well, maybe a hot tub!) Liz Wilson

Very kind and personable owners. The massage therapist IS one of the owners, so massages are availabe all weekend!! Wonderful, wonderful massages...it's a must!! Very clean and cozy. I would recommend this place for your group.

I went to Windsock as part of a large group in July 2009. I stayed/cropped in the Cottage and was very pleased. The tables and lighting were great and the beds in the room with two twins were comfortable. I would go here again!

What a fabulous place! I just returned from 2 weekends in a row of retreats with my customers and they could not say enough about how clean everything was, how awesome the food was and how wonderful the owners were to us. Many said the massages were the best they'd ever had! The accomodations were the cleanest I've ever seen in my 9+ years of retreats. Lighting in work areas was perfect. They've thought of everything! Don't miss this place - it is a treat!
